Young cabbage in cream

This dish can also be made from old cabbage. In this case, it should be boiled for 5 minutes.

carrots — 2 pcs.
garlic — 3 cloves
champignons — 200 g

Young cabbage in cream

vegetable oil — 4 tbsp. l.
cream (fat content of 20%) — 500 ml
young cabbage — 2 small heads
suluguni — 150 g
salt, ground black pepper — to taste
Carrots clean and grate on a large grater. Garlic clean and chop. Mushrooms cleaned and finely chopped. In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and fry carrots with garlic and mushrooms 5 min. Pour the cream, salt, pepper and cook all together for 2-3 minutes.

Peel the cabbage from the top leaves. Each head is cut into 4 parts and removed from the cob.

Suluguni grate on a large grater.

In a frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the cabbage on all sides before browning.

Heat the oven to 190 °. In the baking dish, put cabbage with a convex side up. Add the mushrooms with the vegetables in the cream. Top sprinkled with grated suluguni. Bake for 20 minutes.
