4. Place the buckwheat on top of the roast (do not stir!). Pour in the water (broth). How to boil the water, remove the foam, cover and put in a preheated oven to 180 ° C. After 40 minutes, get it, see if the water has not yet fully boiled, then a little more — water should boil completely.

4. Buckwheat with carrots and eggs

Ingredients:

Buckwheat groats — 0,5 stack.
Water — 1 stack.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Onions — 1 pc.
Egg — 1 pc.
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. L.
Soy sauce — 1 tbsp. L.

Preparation:

1. Buckwheat the buckwheat and, pour 1 cup of water, cook until ready (do not salt).
2. In a frying pan fry the onions and grated carrots.
3. Add the soy sauce to the buckwheat.

Ingredients:

Buckwheat groats — 400 g
Minced meat 600 g
Tomatoes — 3 pcs.
Onions — 3 pcs.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Vegetable oil — 0,5 stack.
Black ground pepper — to taste
Red ground pepper — to taste
Grinded paprika — to taste
Bay leaf — to taste
Salt — to taste

Preparation:

1. Peel and chop the onions. Passer until golden brown.
2. Add the mince to the onions.
3. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off. Cut into small cubes.
4. Put a saucepan with water for buckwheat to fire. In boiling water add salt, bay leaf and buckwheat. After boiling reduce the fire to medium, close the lid and cook until done.
5. Cut the carrots. Send it to the onion with minced meat. Mix everything.
6. Fry until mincemeat ruddy. Then add the tomatoes, salt, black and red pepper, ground paprika. Stew on medium heat for 5 minutes under a closed lid to allow the tomatoes to yield juice. Then again, the same without the lid, so that the sauce thickens. If desired, you can add a couple of spoons of tomato paste.
7. Add to the buckwheat minced meat and mix well. To make a dish hot.
