Tangerine smoothie – tasty and very healthy!

 

Ingredients:

Mandarin – 2 pieces
Frozen banana – 1 PC.
Milk – 1 Cup

 

Yogurt – 1/3 Cup
Honey – 1 tsp .
Vanilla – to taste

Preparation:

1. Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces and put into the freezer for 20 minutes.
2. Peel the tangerines.
3. Loaded into blender tangerine. Add the pieces of frozen banana.
4. Add milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla.
5. Whisk at maximum speed for 30 seconds.
6. Love smoothies with creamy notes? Add to the ingredients a couple of tablespoons of ice cream.
