Fresh ginger — 2 cm
Large hot pepper — 2 pieces (it is less acute than small)
Chile’s small, very sharp 1 piece (optional)
Garlic cloves — 5 PCs.
Rice vinegar — 100 ml
Sugar — 200 g
Fine sea salt — 1-1,5 tsp.
Starch — 1 tbsp
Well-fitting sterilized bottle
*buying hot pepper, make sure it is really sharp, and you get a sweet and sour sauce!!!
1. Peel the ginger and grate on a fine grater. Pods of pepper wash, remove the stalk, finely chopped (when working with peppers wear gloves!!!). Peel a garlic and also finely chopped.
2. All the prepared ingredients and the vinegar, sugar, salt and 300 ml of water placed in a pot and let slightly boil for 5 minutes.
3. Starch mix in a bowl with 1.5 tablespoons of cold water until it is completely dissolved. Then should be mixed to the sauce and boil for another 2 minutes. The sauce should noticeably thicken.
4. Sauce with ginger and Chile, season with salt and pour into bottles, well clogging. Store in the refrigerator.
