Stuffed chicken thighs

 

Delicious, original and simple!
Boneless chicken thighs -5 PCs., 1 chicken breast with skin and bones, 200 gr. carrots in Korean, a bunch of greens, salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice(1 tbsp), soy sauce(2 tbsp)

Stuffed chicken thighs

The thighs and breast, season with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
After carefully remove the skin from chickens.breast, flesh to cut from bone.

Take the carrots and the pulp of the breast and puree them in a blender, add chopped greens.

Now take the legs and stuff them with forcemeat, the edges held together with toothpicks. Do the bonus roll the remaining stuffing is wrapped in skin removed from the breast and also held together by toothpicks. Fry the rolls in the pan on both sides until it will turn brown. Put in oven for 30 minutes at 180 gr. Served with any side dish and salad. Below is a photo of the bonus sausage.
