meat bones for broth
minced pig beef-500 grams(I always take more)
cabbage-1 piece

Siberian borsch with meatballs and beans.

beans, about 400 g(can be welded)
beets-1 piece
carrots-2 PCs
Bulgarian pepper-1 piece
onion-1 piece
potatoes-4-5 PCs
garlic-4 cloves
tomato paste-4 to 5 tbsp
dill and parsley,Bay leaf,salt,oil

first, cook the broth,salted and put Bay leaf
when it is ready,the bones get
beets cut into strips and put into the broth together with meatballs
potatoes cut into cubes
until meatballs and potatoes are cooked,do zazharku of onions,carrots,bell pepper and tomato paste
garlic to crush in a mortar,shred cabbage
pour zazharku in the soup
when boils,put the cabbage
after you add the beans and garlic
after 10 minutes,put the chopped greens
set aside and let stand 15 minutes
