Salad “Protein”

Ingredients:
mushrooms 180gr., chicken fillet boiled 2 pieces (170gr.), 1 egg+ 2 protein, 2 medium onions (100 gr.), curd 1,8% 100g., yogurt 0-1 % 100g., garlic 2 cloves, salt, pepper

Salad “Protein”

preparation:

boil chicken and cool
