Roasted vegetables with Chile.

 

INGREDIENTS
fresh corn on the cob – 1 piece
sweet pepper – 1 piece
zucchini – 1 small
broccoli 0.5 cabbages

Roasted vegetables with Chile.

lemon – 1 PC.
salt – to taste
chili pepper – 1 PC.
carrot – 1 PC.
seasoning «Spicy chili» – 1 tsp.
onion – 1 onion
STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

Step 1

Sweet and hot peppers wash, cut in half, remove the core. Sweet pepper cut into square pieces, spicy – thin half-rings. Broccoli wash, divide into small florets. Zucchini wash and cut into cubes. Onions and carrots clean, cut into half rings. With a lemon grater to remove the zest. Corn cut with a knife.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Fry the onions and carrots, 4 min., add peppers, zucchini, broccoli and corn. Cook 6 min. Season with salt and spice of Chile.

Step 3

Add the zest and lemon juice. Stir and remove from heat.
