Frozen puff pastry – 450 g
Fillets of red fish – 800 g
Of fresh spinach – 300 g
Green parsley – 70 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt, ground black pepper – to taste
The dough should be thawed. Cut the fish fillets along in half. Salt and pepper. Spinach washed and dried, chopped parsley.
The test strips should be slightly overlapped and rolled into a layer about 5 mm thick. Grease the surface of the dough with protein.
Lay out a third of spinach and parsley, half the fish fillets, a third of the greens, the second half of the fish and the remaining greens. To turn in a layer of the dough, to grease with a yolk and to bake 40 minutes.
