Cream-250 ml.
Garlic-3 to 4 cloves

Potato gratin Dauphinois. The French cuisine.

Butter-50 gr.

Thinly slice the potatoes. Rinse, wipe dry. Grease with butter form. Put layer of potatoes, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper, then put the pieces of butter. Repeat the layers until the form is full, last layer should be potatoes.
Carefully pour in the cream and leave for 15 minutes. Cover with foil and place in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil and lightly brown.
