Pork stuffed with pineapple and carrots

 

The combination of any meat with pineapple habitually not for everyone, but who knows and loves to cook, the fact of the soul will have this dish — pork stuffed with pineapple and carrots.

Ingredients for 4 servings

Pork belly 600 g

Pork stuffed with pineapple and carrots

Canned pineapples 200 gr
Carrots 1 piece
Mayonnaise 200 ml
Mustard 3 tbsp.
Basil dried 1 tbsp.
Oregano dried 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste 2 C
Black pepper, to taste 2 gr

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with mustard and dried Basil. In a piece of pig flesh make longitudinal incisions, not dorezaya to the end. Season with salt and pepper.In each pocket put the mug of carrots and pineapple chunks. Put meat in deep bowl and pour the mayonnaise-mustard mixture.Sprinkle oregano. Put into the fridge for a few hours. Then wrap in foil and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 40 minutes.
