Pike perch — Delicious!!!

liquid honey – 3 tbsp
lemon – 0,5 pieces.
perch – 1 kg

olive oil – 50 ml
soy sauce – 2 tbsp
grapefruit – 1 PC.
salt – to taste
canned pineapples – 350 g


Step 1
Perch is cleaned of scale, wash and gut. Make a longitudinal incision along the back and remove the backbone with the rib bones. Place fish in glass dish.

Step 2
Grapefruit and lemon wash and grind in a blender along with the pineapple. Add the soy sauce, honey, pepper and salt.

Step 3
Pour the marinade the fish and leave in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight. The next day, remove the fish from the marinade, dry with towel and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and grilled until Golden brown, 5 minutes on each side. You can submit the fish with vegetables cooked on the grill.
