Pasta «Carbonara» — the classic of Italy!

 

Ingredients:

Spaghetti — 200 g
Olive oil — 30 ml
Onion — 1 pc.

Bacon — 200 g
Cream 22% — 100 ml
Provan grass paste «Knor» — 5 g
Yolk — 1 pc.
Parmesan — 30 g
Cherry tomatoes — 5-6 pcs.
Basil green — 1 branch
Salt — 20 g
Pepper — to taste

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Cut the onions into strips, finely chop the bacon, separate the yolk from the protein in a separate bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
3. Boil 200 g of spaghetti in 2 liters of salted water (20 g salt) for 11 minutes to the aldente state so that they are slightly hard inside, then move to a colander and lightly season with olive oil.
4. Add olive oil to the pan, heat over medium heat, fry the chopped bacon and onion for about 1.5-2 minutes until golden brown.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and stir for a minute.
6. Add spaghetti to the resulting sauce and warm, stirring, on a low heat for 30 seconds.
7. Add the pasta from the herbs of Provence and mix.
8. Bring to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
9. Remove from heat and enter the yolk. Stir.
10. Serve with grated cheese, cherry tomatoes and green basil.
