Omelette steam


Ingredients (2 servings)
Eggs — 4 PCs.
Milk — 100 ml
Salt — 2-3 pinches
Butter — 10 g

Omelette steam

How to cook an omelet steam:

In a bowl break the raw eggs.
Combine with milk, salt, whipped with a whisk.
Strain through a sieve.
Enameled pan or shape (stainless steel) lubricated with oil. The egg mixture was poured on a greased baking sheet or shape (the height of the omelet should be 3-5 cm).
Cook the omelette for a couple in a double boiler, mantoverde or in the steam box. Cook the omelet for a couple of 40-60 minutes. Ready steam scrambled eggs should be evenly dense.
