Jam tart dough.


Ingredients :
for the test
eggs — 2 PCs,
flour — 2-3 cups,
butter or margarine — 200 g

Jam tart dough.

sugar — 1 Cup
vanillin — on the tip of a knife,
baking powder — 1 tsp
jam or jam — 150-200 g

Butter or margarine to melt and cool.

A smaller portion of the dough put in the freezer for ~1 hour.
A large part of the dough evenly on the baking sheet (the dough can roll out the fondant thinly, but you can put a thicker layer).
On top of the dough, spread a layer of jam and gently flatten it with a spoon.
Out of the freezer to get a smaller part of the dough and RUB on a coarse grater on top of the jam.
Pie to put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
