Herring (matchless way to salting)


Pre-cook the fill:
-3 Onion cut into rings,
-10-12 Art. l. water
-1 Tsp sugar
-1-2 Tbsp salt (no slides)
0.5 tsp black pepper,
-1 Decimal. l. vinegar (essences)
-2 Item. l. ketchup,
1/2 Art. vegetable oil.
All the boil with onion, cool and pour over fish. Hide in the fridge. A day herring will be ready delicious !!!
Well, very tasty !!
I used vinegar.
