GINGERBREAD SOUR CREAM

 

Ingredients:
chicken eggs – 1 PC.
sour cream 15% – 200 g
wheat flour – 400 g

GINGERBREAD SOUR CREAM

vanilla sugar – 1 pack
baking powder – 2 tsp
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
salt – 1 pinch
sugar – 100 g

Glaze:
sugar powder – 100 g
egg whites – 1 piece

Preparation:
Beat egg with sugar and vanilla sugar to increase in volume.
Add to egg mixture the sour cream mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Gradually sprinkling the sifted flour, then add vegetable oil, knead a soft dough. To put it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
On a floured work surface roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.
Squeeze forming of the workpiece.
Spread on the baking sheet, shot baking paper. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden.
Give the gingerbread to cool completely.


For the glaze:
Egg white mix well with frosting in a blender for 2 minutes (I glaze very fluffed up, it must be stringy).
Then evenly coat the carrots with glaze and allow to completely dry.
Ready gingerbread to bring to the table.
