Fried chicken with Brussels sprouts – delicious for a flat stomach!

 

100 g – 98 kcal

Ingredients:
-500 g chicken fillet (or Turkey fillet)
-400 g Brussels sprouts (or cauliflower, broccoli)

-200 g onions
-200 g carrots

-pepper
-vegetable oil

Preparation:
-Onions finely crumble.
Carrots to RUB on average grater.
-Fillets cut into small pieces.
-Fry the onions in vegetable oil.
-Add the carrots and fry a little.
-Add the fillets, season with a little salt and pepper, fry on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
-Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water, boil 10 minutes after boiling.
-Then add the cabbage to the fillet, stir fry 5 minutes.
