Fat-burning celery soup.

 

You will need 400 g white cabbage and a celery stalk, as well as 1 pc. Tomato, bell pepper, onions and carrots.

Wash vegetables, peel and shred. Boil the water in a saucepan. First put onions and carrots. After 5-7 minutes add the tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes, then add all other vegetables, except for greens, and cook until done (about 10 minutes more). Then add the greens, turn off the heat and allow to stand under the lid for 2 more minutes. The soup is ready.
