Dietary delicious Carrot-coconut pancakes

Ingredients:
– 1 Cup wholegrain flour (you can take ground oatmeal)
– 1/4 Cup coconut
– 1.5 teaspoon of baking powder

Carrot-coconut pancakes

– 1 Cup of skim milk
– 1/2 Cup grated carrots
– 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
– stevia to taste

Preparation:
Mix the flour, stevia, baking powder, salt, and 2 tablespoons coconut. Stir in the milk. Stir and add the carrot and leave the dough for 5 minutes while pan heats.
Fry small pancakes on both sides until Golden brown. Each pancake sprinkle with nuts and then just turn it upside down.
Serve with coconut or honey.
