Diet Panna cotta


• Skimmed milk 100 ml
• Gelatin 1 tbsp
• Low-fat cottage cheese 400 g

Diet Panna cotta

• Cherries, frozen 100 g (or any other berries, fruits of your choice )
• Honey 1 tablespoon

1. Soak gelatine Cup of hot water
2. Cherries thawed
3. After the gelatin swells, mix it with milk, bring to boil on small fire.
4. Mix the honey, cheese, gelatin with milk.
5. On the bottom of the form to put fruits and berries.
6. Pour the mixture into the form
7. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
