Ingredients:
— 1 Cup flour (oat or whole wheat)
Chicken egg 1 PC.

Diet chocolate muffins

— Baking powder 1 teaspoon
— Vanilla 3 oz.
— Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Apple — 1 PC.
— Low-fat cottage cheese 50 gr.
— Apple juice 50 gr.
Olive oil 2 teaspoons.
— stevia for sweetness to taste

Using a mixer, beat the egg with sugar in a solid foam. Mix the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, vanilla, cocoa. Enter the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. Apples peel and core, cut into cubes. Add to flour mixture juice, cottage cheese, vegetable oil, apples and mix well. This dough is enough for making 12 muffins. In each mould put the dough to half the volume. Place in oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. The finished muffins will rise «cap» over the sides of the ramekins.
