For 4 servings:
Fresh cucumbers — 500 g
Ricotta — 250 g

Cucumber sorbet with ricotta — originally delicious and dietetic!

Lemon — 1 pc.
Mint for decoration — 2-3 sprigs
1. Wash cucumbers carefully and dry thoroughly with a paper towel. Then clean, cut in half and a spoon to choose the seeds.
2. Prepared cucumbers cut into small pieces and put into a freezer for 2 hours.
3. Wash lemon, then rinse with boiling water and dry with a paper towel. Remove the fine grated zest, squeeze the juice. Frozen cucumbers get from the freezer and put in a bowl blender. Add ricotta, zest and lemon juice.
4. Grind all ingredients until smooth. Transfer it to a plastic container and remove it for 3 hours in the freezer. Mix every hour.
5. Mint wash, dry and cut off the leaves. Ice cream to spread on kremankam, decorate with mint leaves and immediately submit to the table.
