Chocolate cake with mint cream cream

 

Ingredients:

Cream:

Eggs of room temperature — 6 pcs.
Black chocolate — 120 g

Chocolate cake with mint cream cream

Cream:

Cream of 35-38% — 400 ml
Sugar powder — 3 tbsp. L.
Mint (leaves only) — 3-5 branches
Mint chocolate — 100 g
Gelatin leaves — 5 pcs. (12 g)

Chocolate chips
Mint leaves

The size of the shape is 28 * 28 * 8 cm.

Preparation:

16. Mint cream with gelatin carefully pour into whipped cream with sugar powder and gently stir with a spatula. The cream is divided into 2 identical parts.

18. We cut the finished cake with squares, decorate with chocolate chips, mint leaves and serve.
