chicken with bone — 400 g;
mash — 0,5 article;
onion — 1 PC.;
carrot — 1 PC.;


oil olive. — 2 tbsp;
Bulgarian pepper — 1 PC.;
tomato paste — 1 tbsp;
potatoes — 2 PCs.;
salt, pepper — to taste;
Laurel.leaf — 1 PC.
Provencal herbs — 1 tsp

1. Cook rich chicken broth (I boil on minimum heat for two hours).
2. In a pan with oil sauté onions, add carrots , then pepper. Fry.
Add to the pan the tomato paste and a little broth. To bring to readiness.
3. Pre-soaked mash (30 min-1 hour) pour into a saucepan and boil for about 20 min.
4. Put in a saucepan the potatoes, then zazharku. Season with salt and pepper, add the herbs, Bay leaf, add garlic.
5. Bring the soup until tender and give a little stand. I love it when mash fall apart badly enough that the soup was similar to a thick soup (but it is a matter of taste)
