Braised beef with vegetables

Ingredients:

Beef – 680 g
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Beef broth – 1 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Potatoes – 6 pieces.
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Celery – 2 pcs.
Ground black pepper – 2 pinches

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat into small pieces and lightly roll in flour.
2. Good heat the pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
3. Put the meat and Brown the crispy.
4. Then add the broth and chopped onions.
5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
6. Add chopped into small pieces vegetables and black pepper.
7. Again, cover the pan and simmer for another 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
