Bars curd


— 350 grams of cottage cheese
— 1 egg
— 1 tbsp. Spoon sour cream
— 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
— a pinch of salt
— Vanilla
— 1/2 tsp. Baking soda mixed with baking powder
— Flour for the dough to the eye (the dough was soft and tender)
— Oil for frying
— Powdered sugar for dusting

1. Cottage cheese pound.
2. Add the egg, sour cream, sugar, salt, soda, flour and all mix well.
3. Suffering can go and much more, all depends on the cheese. Knead the dough tender. Podpylit working surface with flour.
4. From the resulting curd mass roll out thin strands.
5. Cut into bars, tubes of any length you like.
6. Fry the bars, tubes in oil on all 4 sides until golden brown.
7. Ready-tube bars liberally sprinkle with powdered sugar.
