Bananas with cottage cheese and yogurt(weight loss)

Ingredients:
5 pieces. Bananas
200g of low-fat cottage cheese
100g natural yogurt

Bananas with cottage cheese and yogurt(weight loss)

20g honey
1 egg

Preparation:
1.Clean and cut bananas (cut into any options) and sprinkle with lime juice.
2. Mix cottage cheese, yoghurt, honey, egg in a blender until air mass is obtained. Put the bananas in the form and pour the resulting mixture.
3. Place in an oven heated to 180s and bake for 20-30 minutes.
