Cook the bread in a plastic bag, and then mix the bread in a bowl with sugar and melted butter. Put the dense even layer on a baking tray and put in a preheated to 175 ° C oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool down.

When everything is ready, lay out the dessert:

— chocolate — 50 g
— 1 banana


Gelatin soak in cold milk and leave for 1-2 hours before swelling.

Gelatine diluted in a glass of water, leave for 30-40 minutes, put on a slow fire, until gelatin is dissolved. Add milk, cottage cheese, cocoa, honey. Mix with a blender in a homogeneous mass. Pour into the mold and put it in the cold until it freezes. If desired, you can add berries, candied fruits.
