5 easy and delicious recipes oatmeal – Excellent for weight loss and health!

 

Oatmeal in a jar of Mandarin and orange
1/4 Cup of oatmeal;
1/3 Cup of milk;

5 easy and delicious recipes oatmeal

1/4 Cup plain yogurt;
1 tablespoon orange marmalade;
1 teaspoon of honey;
1/4 Cup drained sliced tangerines.
In a jar add oats, milk, yogurt, orange marmalade and honey. Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are blended. Open, add the pieces of drained sliced tangerines and gently stir. Cover the jar and put in refrigerator overnight. Eat oatmeal chilled.

Oatmeal in a jar of banana and cocoa
1/4 Cup of oatmeal;
1/3 Cup of milk;
1/4 Cup plain yogurt;
1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
1 teaspoon of honey;
1/4 Cup sliced ripe bananas.
In a jar add oats, milk, yogurt, cocoa powder and honey. Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are blended. Open, add the pieces of sliced ripe bananas and gently stir. Cover the jar and put in refrigerator overnight. Eat oatmeal chilled.

Oatmeal in a jar with Apple and cinnamon
1/4 Cup of oatmeal;
1/3 Cup of milk;
1/4 Cup plain yogurt;
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon;
1 teaspoon of honey;
1/4 Cup Apple sauce (slices of fresh Apple taste).
In a jar add oats, milk, yogurt, cinnamon and honey. Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are blended. Open, add applesauce (if desired, you can add pieces of fresh Apple) and gently stir. Cover the jar and put in refrigerator overnight. Eat oatmeal chilled.

Oatmeal in a jar with cherries and chocolate chips
1/4 Cup of oatmeal;
1/3 Cup of milk;
1/4 Cup plain yogurt;
1 teaspoon of honey;
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla;
1 tablespoon finely grated dark chocolate;
¼ Cup chopped cherries (fresh or frozen).
In a jar add oats, coconut milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla. Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are blended. Open, add the pieces of chopped cherries and chocolate chips and gently mix everything together. Cover the jar and put in refrigerator overnight. Eat oatmeal chilled.

Mocha-oatmeal in a jar
1/4 Cup of oatmeal;
1/3 Cup of milk;
1/4 Cup plain yogurt;
1 teaspoon of honey;
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder;
½ Teaspoon instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water.
In a jar add oats, milk, yogurt, honey, cocoa powder and instant coffee. Close the lid and shake well until all ingredients are blended. Then just put in the refrigerator overnight. Eat oatmeal chilled.
